Our philosophy is, we will not place anyone in your building that we would not invite into our home. Contracts We retain your business thru our exceptional service, not because we have a contract. Many of our clients have been with us for years with no contract, and no cost increases. Expect the Best We take a very proactive approach to cleaning your facility, and instill in our staff to do what it takes to maintain high standards, and to take pride in the job they do. Communications Is the key to understanding exactly what your expectations are. Our housekeepers and managers are encouraged to communicate with you either in person or via our communications log book. Total Quality Management Quality Ratings are performed by the owners of Thario or one of our customer service representatives. We tour your facility a minimum of 2 times per month to inspect areas and visit with you personally to insure we are performing to your expectations. Training Our professional training program and orientation gets our employees off on the right foot, they know ahead of time what to expect when they get to your facility. Turnover The make up of our staff is one that you would be proud to have maintaining your facility. And due to our pre screening, hiring polices, and above average wage rates, our turnover is some of the lowest in the industry.
